We build AI systems, automation pipelines and the websites that sell them. Not decks. Not pilots. Things that run on a Tuesday at 3am without anyone watching.
Most agencies sell you one of these and leave the other two broken. The website feeds the automation, the automation feeds the AI system, and the AI system is the reason the website was worth building. We ship all three, in that order of value.
Not sure which one you need? Most people aren't.
Tell us the bottleneckA service list is a freelancer. Four divisions that feed each other is a company. Open any row to see what runs inside it.
The real product. Custom AI integrations, automation pipelines, and visual command centres that put an entire operation on one screen. If a task is repeatable, it stops being a person's job.
The volume engine. Fast website builds, hosting continuity and ongoing marketing. High margin, and the channel that fills every other division with customers who already pay monthly.
What a business looks like and sounds like, decided before anything gets built. Identity, art direction, campaign creative and the content systems that keep it running after we leave.
Courses, cohorts and template libraries that hand the methodology over. Zero delivery ceiling, and it turns the way we build into a product that scales without our hours.
Four divisions, one conversation. Start anywhere.
Enquire about a division"AI" is a vague word, so here is the concrete version. Work arrives from wherever your customers already are. Something reads it, works out what it is, and does the next thing — writes the reply, books the job, drafts the quote, updates the record. Nobody re-types anything, and nothing sits waiting until morning.

The same shape covers a trades business chasing quotes, an agency drowning in onboarding, and a store answering the same six questions all day. What changes is the wiring, not the idea.

Tell us one job you keep doing twice. We'll map it.
Map my workflowMost small business websites are a brochure that loads. We build the other kind — fast, dark, art-directed, with motion that carries you down the page instead of stopping you at every fold.
Every build comes with hosting, the analytics that tell you whether it actually worked, and the option to wire it straight into the systems above — so an enquiry never lands in a dead inbox at 9pm on a Friday.
Got an old site, or nothing at all? Both are fine.
Enquire about a buildScroll any frame and the real build scrolls with you, top to bottom — no mockups, no dressed-up screenshots. Two public sites you can click straight into, and one internal system: a custom API we wired into Kahunas that runs a coaching business end to end.

Visio is the clearest example of what section 03 describes. Programmes, nutrition, check-ins, supplements and challenges all sit behind one custom integration with Kahunas, the platform the coaching already ran on. A coach types or speaks a brief — build a four-day upper/lower, intermediate, fat loss — and the system writes it, formats it to the platform's structure, and publishes it to the client. The admin that used to fill an evening now takes a sentence.
Every capable business will run on this within a few years. The advantage is not having the technology — it will be everywhere. The advantage is having spent two years learning where it works in your business while everyone else was still deciding. You do not need a strategy for that. You need one thing handed over, working, this month — and then the next one.
Yours could be the next one. Same process, start to finish.

Want numbers like these for your own operation? They start as one process.
EnquireYou will know exactly what we are building and when it lands before anything starts.
Forty-five minutes. We map every repeatable task in the business and work out how many hours a month each one is eating. Most of what should happen next is obvious by the end of it.
A one-page system map: what gets automated, what stays human, and what it gives you back. Fixed scope agreed in writing before a single thing gets built.
We ship in weeks, not quarters. You see it running in a staging environment before it touches anything live.
Handover, documentation and a command centre so you can see it working. Care plan optional, not compulsory.
Step one takes forty-five minutes. That's the whole commitment.
Start at step oneYou deal with the person who builds it. No account layer, no handover to a junior, no retainer that quietly renews forever.
AXLR is a systems studio working with trades, agencies, eCommerce operators and coaching businesses — the kind of companies where a handful of repeated jobs quietly eat the week. Designed and built in-house, in Adelaide.
Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts, work lands in weeks rather than quarters, and everything is documented and handed over so you are never locked to us. A care plan is available and never compulsory.
We will not automate something that happens twice a year, sell you a model you do not need, or dress a pilot up as a system. If your process is fine and the problem is somewhere else, that is what you will be told in the teardown.
Curious rather than committed? That's the right place to start.
Start a projectYou don't need to know what you want built, or what any of it is called. Describe the part of the week you dread and we'll tell you honestly whether there's a system in it — including when there isn't.
